Exchanges and Returns

Refund Policy


EXCHANGES :

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item, without having to justify the reason for doing so.

To make your exchange, you must contact us by email at geral@luvora.pt and wait for our instructions. You should never send your order back to us without our authorization, as we will not be responsible for its non-arrival.

All exchanges have a cost of €5 for mainland Portugal and Spain.

In the case of exchanges from the islands or Europe, the customer is responsible for sending the item to be exchanged, and must be done through a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. LUVORA is not responsible for lost orders, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, postal service or delivery service chosen by the customer. The customer should only send their order for exchange after contacting geral@luvora.pt by email and waiting for our instructions. There is no associated cost for sending the new item that the customer wishes to exchange.

RETURNS:

The customer has 14 calendar days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item, without having to justify the reason for doing so.

All returns must be made as received: with box or envelope, cards and all accessories inherent to the order. 

Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that they can be traced. LUVORA is not responsible for lost orders, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, postal service or delivery service chosen by the customer. The customer should only send their order for return after contacting geral@luvora.pt by email and awaiting our instructions.

NOTE :

Items must be returned as received. Items without tags, dirty or damaged will not be accepted for exchange or return.
