MAINLAND PORTUGAL:

- at the address indicated by the customer
In cases where the Customer opts for the transport service for delivery to the indicated address, this is ensured by our distribution partner -
If you wish to file a complaint related to the discharge and/or delivery, this must be sent by email to our distribution partner and supplemented with photographs that prove it.
DELIVERY TIMES
For orders with delivery to the address indicated by the customer:
Orders placed and paid for before 4pm for mainland Portugal are usually delivered the next day. Orders placed before 4pm for the Islands and the Rest of the World usually take up to 72 hours to be delivered.
For pre-order items, the delivery time is mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase. Except in exceptional circumstances, for items made to order, they will be delivered within a maximum period of 2 to 5 days after the order is placed.
In the event of a delay due to force majeure, MAHRLA undertakes to inform the Customer and make every effort to resolve the situation quickly.
ORDER CONFIRMATION OR CANCELLATION
After making your purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction, which should be printed or saved for future reference.
Your order will only be processed after confirmation of payment. In the event of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Conditions, MAHRLA reserves the right not to accept the customer's order, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation thereof.
MAHRLA reserves the right not to confirm and/or proceed with the delivery of the products of the order placed by the Customer, regardless of the reason and exempt from liability for any damages or costs, if:
– any unforeseeable event or change in current circumstances that may affect production, transport and related costs, or that may cause abnormal increases in the prices of raw materials;
– if, for any reason, it is impossible to properly collect and receive the respective payment;
– if the products ordered are no longer available;
– if the order was placed with errors in the data essential for delivery of the order;
– if the order is flagged by the website’s security systems as an incorrect, irregular and/or considered fraud order.
In any of the aforementioned cases, MAHRLA will inform the Customer by email about the situation in which it is impossible to confirm the sale and the consequent cancellation of the order, refunding the amount paid for the items.
